A Louisville native
 and graduate of Male High School, 
Ambassador Thomas Graham is internationally regarded as one of the leading authorities on international arms control and nuclear non-proliferation. Ambassador Graham served as a senior U.S. diplomat involved in every major international arms control and non-proliferation negotiation in which the United States took part from period 1970-1997. This includes The Strategic Arms Limitations Talks, The Strategic Arms Reduction Talks, the Intermediate Range Nuclear Forces Treaty (INF), the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty extension, and many more. In 2009, Ambassador Graham was appointed to the United Arab Emirates' International Advisory Board, helping to guide that country's nuclear energy program and hold it to the highest standards of safety, security, nonproliferation, transparency, and sustainability. Ambassador Graham is the Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Lightbridge Corporation USA, a company which develops new types of nuclear power fuel based on high power density metallic technology. He holds an A.B. from Princeton University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
